JECO film type hardening apparatus allows to separately install the hardening section only, and it is developed to apply directly to the other equipments (system equipments), which is designed to effectively use when producing the optical film (INLINE), and the printed materials including glass printing hardening, UV silk printed hardening etc.
Feature-JECO UV FILM hardener has a built-in shutter to be applicable for the large scaled film line.

General DetailsJECO film type hardening apparatus allows to separately install the hardening section only, and it is developed to apply directly to the other equipments (system equipments), which is designed to effectively use when producing the optical film (INLINE), and the printed materials including glass printing hardening, UV silk printed hardening etc.
With a built-in shutter, UV radiation and shutdown is available only if necessary, stable quality production of the film product (ROLL TO ROLL SYSTEM) is obtainable. In addition, high speed production is possible and the production management is easy from the maintenance in high intensity of light and low temperature. Simple LAMP replacement minimizes the time loss occurred during replacing the lamp.
If applied to the existing fixture, the outer size of the lamp module shall be customized through the consultation with our technical department, and it is optional whether electronic or coil type etc for power supply as well.
UV lamp output can be adjusted step by step. Transformer is configured of 3 step control and the electronic type is finely adjustable. Size application is available for both of a small size and a large size product, and the system upgrade such as UV sensor system application etc is easy.
