JECO UV spindle type hardening apparatus can cure the top and sides in an equipment at the same time as UV lamps are mounted at the top and sides respectively, which enables to use in the mobile phone case coating, drying and the production of various electronic parts efficiently.
For the product secured in a curved model, the hassle to do 2~3 times rework may occur due to the incomplete hardening in the DARK ZONE of the structure where the light can hardly radiate. To improve it, our company has developed the spindle hardening method which rotates and radiates the products. Through the method to fix and rotate the product in the spindle axis, the complete UV radiation onto all the areas of top and sides can be achieved. is composed of a UV side hardening apparatus and a UV top hardening apparatus together, and is the hardening machine designed to rotate the product in the hardening zone.
