JHCI-301ES-SH is the UV curing machine directly installed on the other equipment (system equipment) through dividing UV lamp module and power supply, which can be applied to unlimited applications such as wafer-purpose curing machine (equipment seating purpose), UV coding process and film curing line, modification of NIR dryer (when UV drying is required simultaneously), etc. With a shutter mounted, it enables protection after UV irradiation when needed only.

It is excellent in effectiveness especially for manufacturing the product vulnerable to heat. When applying to the facility in your possession, the exterior size of UV lamp module can be supplied in a customized size through negotiation with our Technical Department. Power supply can be selected among electronic type, coil type, etc. UV lamp power output can be adjusted by steps. (Transformer 3-step control, electronic type can be controlled finely)
It is applicable to small product and large size product. It is easy to upgrade the system including the application of UV sensor system, etc.
1. With a shutter incorporated, it enables instantaneous curing.
2. Both UV metal halide and UV mercury lamp can be used.
3. Ballast is in an electronic type so that the output of lamp can be freely controlled
4. Curing machine is designed in a compact type to meet the scan method, and is applicable to small-size film equipment.
5. It is designed to minimize temperature damage applied to the product through cold mirror/hot mirror and exhaust air flow balance.
6. Designed to replace lamp with ease. Power connection is safely controlled using MS-connector.
