- UV lamp housing, power supply and cooling fan are provided as a module.
- 2 shutters are mounted.
- Shutters are driven with an air cylinder, which are opened from the center to both sides and closed
- With shutters, it enables to cure UV curing time.
- With UV irradiation conducted in homogeneous manner, the product is not moved contributing to high quality.
- With UV sensor mounted, it is easy to maintain the curing quality.
- It provides an excellent maintenance because UV lamp can be easily replaced.
- As the product provided with UV lamp housing module. It requires a cover so that the worker may not see the exposure of UV light directly.
