JHCI-301ES-SH is the UV curing machine directly installed on the other equipment (system equipment) through dividing UV lamp module and power supply, which can be applied to unlimited applications such as wafer-purpose curing machine (equipment seating purpose), UV coding process and film curing line, modification of NIR dryer (when UV drying is required simultaneously), etc. With a shutter mounted, it enables protection after UV irradiation when needed only.
